Shalom!
Thank you!

I would be happy to get to know you and be of help!
I recommend you to study this document in which me and my friends translate the Torah: Link
As for the reconstruction of hebrew Matityahu, it is not online; but you can find excerpts from it at:
www.netzarim.co.il ; Beit ha’kneset (left panel); click on the Torah-scroll in the top-right corner.
And you can also find an excerpt here: http://www.schuellerhouse.com/netzbooks.htm
It provides a useful reference. It has done a good job in filtering away Christian doctrines, which the historical Y’hoshua didn’t teach.

I also recommend you to read this article: Link

Feel free to tell me more about yourself!
Shabbat shalom!!!

Take care!!
David (Anders)

Sid,
The historical person was called Y’hoshua. Christians changed his name to ‘Jesus’.

The word “Yeshuah” means ‘national deliverance or salvation from an impending, usually military, disaster, is never used in the sense of a spiritual or personal “salvation” in Ta•na”kh′.’
The historical Y’hoshua taught his followers to keep the many hundred of commandments in Torah [the books of Moses]. Christians changed his teachings. The changed teachings are found in the “gospels”.
The historical Y’hoshua was a man – not a ‘man-god’/saviour/”Son of God”.
The historical Y’hoshua didn’t teach the Christian salvation-dotrine, but did teach what Torah teaches about how to be forgiven by the Creator.

[My reply to a person. Posted here so that everyone can benefit.]

שבת שלום Sophie,

Oh sorry, Rechovot, silly me saying Selichot. Sorry I’m silly not knowing the difference between a minhag and a מצוה maybe I should study more.

We all do mistakes, and learn from our mistakes and move on.
Here are some links that will help you some re. מנהגים and מצות [I wrote the following to an Israeli friend]:

תורה וזקן: http://www.judaismtorah.net/mitzvot/torah-beard/
מאמר על הגדרה העתיקה של מלאכה:http://www.judaismtorah.net/shabbat/shabbat-and-melachah-judaism-and-torah/
לוגיקה תורה והלכה: http://logictorah.wordpress.com/
לוגיקה והלכה: http://www.judaismtorah.net/torah/judaism-torah-oral-torah-and-logic/

The people on most Orthodox sites describe Purim as if it’s a מצוה.

Yes and they believe it is a מצוה. That’s a big problem. That’s why you need to learn the עברית of תורה and study תורה regularly; and study about the observance in ancient time; so that you can learn the distinction between a מצוה and a מנהג. Also the נצרים-website can be inaccurate. One always has to study the reasoning to see if it is valid — the premises and the conclusion..

I’m trying to get all the books I need for the Netzarim course but unfortunately each one takes 6 weeks to get here. Are there any downloadable printable versions on www.netzarim.co.il?

Which ספרים (books) have you ordered? I think the electronic versions are more convenient and you get them quickly. I used those and then I printed them out, when I studied my נצרים-studies five years ago.
Do you order from here: http://www.schuellerhouse.com/bookcat.htm ?
I assume it is shipped from the USA. Before it was possible to get it shipped from Israel, but I don’t think it is anymore.

Do you know a good site about Teimani/Netzarim Halachah? What was that you said ages ago about going on Skype on שבת ? Is it permitted to go on the internet on שבת, I didn’t think you could but maybe I’m wrong.

Do you know a good site about Teimani/Netzarim Halachah? What was that you said ages ago about going on Skype on שבת ? Is it permitted to go on the internet on שבת, I didn’t think you could but maybe I’m wrong.

I write and quote about logical הלכה, e.g. on www.judaismtorah.net
The נצרים-website state some things to be allowed which I think are inconsistent with the תורה. One example is related to intermarriage. It is clear from תורה that intermarriage is prohibited.

The נצרים-website allows גרים to be intermarried (within some constraints explained below) if the marriage took place before a person became a גר or גרה, despite that it hinders e.g. some persons counted as גרים living in USA to fulfill several מצות, e.g. to become יהודים and to make עליה.
תורה requires a person to do his/her utmost to keep the מצות non-selectively, and ones utmost in this case is to divorce in order to be able to keep these מצות. A marriage with a person rejecting the תורה is not binding according to תורה. The website states that if a spouse hinders the תורה-observer to keep תורה, then a divorce is necessary. In practise, a תורה-rejecting spouse will always hinder the opportunities for the תורה-observer to keep some or several מצות; e.g. children of the couple will be influenced by the bad תורה-rejecting example by the תורה-rejecting spouse, hindering the תורה-observer to sharpen his/her children to keep תורה – a מצוה in דברים 6:4-9.

. תורה states that there is one מצוה for the גר and the אזרח (including יהודים) and thus the intermarriage-prohibition of תורה is vaild both for יהודים and for גרים

(תורה must explicitly state a difference, or otherwise it is invalid reasoning to assume a difference between the requirement of יהודים and גרים).

I have written more about תורה and marriage in some articles — see this article and links: Link

I have learnt to be critical on the information that I read on any website – and check if the premises and conclusions are valid, since I know that all humans creating the websites are fallible.

What was that you said ages ago about going on Skype on שבת ? Is it permitted to go on the internet on שבת, I didn’t think you could but maybe I’m wrong.

Why would it be prohibited to use internet on שבת – i.e. which is the מצוה that prohibits using internet on שבת? Actually, there is no such מצוה.
תורה does not prohibit using internet on שבת; but of course internet should only be used (and is only allowed to be used) in a way that honours שבת and isn’t מלאכה.

I recommend you to read this article related to מלאכה and שבת: Link

If you want, you are as I said before, welcome to join us for תורה-translations on שבת
17.00 ירושלים-time. We talk for a while starting at 17.00, and then do תורה-translations between 17.15 – 18.00; and a few of us usually talk for a while more after.

Have you studied this document some — תורה-translations from me and some other
תלמידים of נצרים?: Link

I hope that you found this advices helpful!!

מה שלומך? (How are you?)
מה חדש איתך? (What’s new with you?)
[And I am asking because I care, not just to be polite.]

שלום from דויד : )

According to the Targum Yonatan – an Aramaic translation of Tana”kh – and according to Talmud, the suffering servant refers to the Mashiakh.
Documentation: http://www.netzarim.co.il/Shared/Yeshayahu%2053.htm#Scripture-Yeshayahu-53.01
The same website proves that the historical Rabbi called Y’hoshua was the Mashiakh ben Yoseiph, which makes it a mitzwah (per Deuteronomy 18:15-18) to follow his teachings [which were in complete accordance with Deuteronomy 13:1-6 and didn't subtract, nor add from the Torah].

The opposite, the counterfeit image created by Christians – the Christian “Jesus” is precluded by Torah from being the Mashiakh, since it both adds and subtracts from the Torah and since it is not a real person – but a counterfeit image of the historial Torah-observant Jew called Y’hoshua. The “NT” is anti Torah- and thus a document by a false prophet according to Deuteronomy 13:1-6. Thus, the Christian comments to this post contradict the Torah.

Regarding the concept ‘Son of God’:

The only authentic account of the first century Ribi Yehoshua – the Jewish Messiah – recognized by his original followers, is Hebrew Matityahu. In the Hebrew Bible (which Christians call the “OT”), the Hebrew phrase ‘ben Elohim’ (a son of Elohim) refers not to a divine man-g*o*d but to the family of Torah-observant Jews, our Torah-observant ancestral family line, and melakhim (messengers [of the Creator]])! The phrase is first found in the plural at be-Reishit 6.2, 4; Iyov (corrupted to “Job”) 1.6, 2.1, 38.7.

This is further corroborated by all related similar Hebrew phrases found in the Hebrew Bible. The phrase ben Eil khai (son of the living Eil) found in Hosheia 2.1 explicitly refers to benei Yisraeil (sons of Israel), i.e. Jews, not man-g*o*ds!

Tehilim ['Psalms'] 29.1 urges benit Eilim (sons of g*o*ds) — clearly referring to Jews and not man-g*o*ds — to ascribe honor and strength to the Creator.

The only remaining instance, in Tehilim 89.7, again refers either to melakhim,

In no case does ben Elohim mean a divine man-g*o*d!

This necessarily means that the same Hebrew phrase in Hebrew Matityahu has the identical meaning: a messenger of the Creator or a Torah-observant Jew (whom are messengers from the Creator).
Thus, there is no suggestion, nor even allusion, in the phrase ben Elohim in Hebrew Matityahu implying anything more than that Ribi Yehoshua was one, among many other, Torah-observant Jews in Israel. [A changed quote from www.netzarim.co.il ]

The Christian term “Son of God” contradicts the term ‘Son of Elohim’ from the Hebrew Bible. They are mutually exclusive concepts.

Thanks for sharing!! Thanks for helping people with other religions by sharing essential information about the Will of our Creator!! They need to know what the Creator requires of them, so that they can start relating to Him in the one and only way that He desires – i.e. doing their utmost to keep the many hundred mitzwot [commandments] of Torah ['books of Moses] non-selectively!! [Explanations in brackets if anyone is reading not familiar with Torah. ]

[Another helpful way of helping people misled about the Will of our Creator is to pen down your testimonial. I did it in this way: http://www.followyeshua.com/teachings-of-ribi-yehoshua-aram-yeshua/the-historical-yeshua-how-i-found-the-teachings-of-yeshu/ ]

The distinction must be made between the historical first century Jew and Torah-teaching Rabbi called Yehoshua and the counterfeit image that were created by Christians – Jesus. Christians took some of Yehoshuas teachings and redacted them into the “gospels”.

Netzarim were the followers of the historical Jew called Y’hoshua.
They did not and don’t regard Ribi [title of a first century Jew in Jerusalem with rabbinic ordination] Yehoshua to be divine. He was a spiritual son of Elohim, just like all Torah-observant Jews and geirim – non-Jewish Torah-observant proselytes recognized by the Pharisee heritage Jewish community – are sons of Elohim.
They were in good standing in the Jewish community which logically implies they didn’t teach anti-Torah doctrines such as a “divine Messiah”. [note 1]

The Jewish community were expelled from Israel due to their lack of Torah-observance — as prophecied in the Torah– not due to rejecting the Christian counterfeit image ‘Jesus’ – which Torah rightly commands mankind to do — Deuteronomy 13:1-6.
